As of December 31, 2015, Hillary Clinton received more than Bernie Sanders in every quarter since they launched their campaigns. The highest amount by one candidate in any quarter was the 47.5 million U.S. dollars received by the Clinton campaign in the second quarter 2015, the first quarter in which the campaign was involved.
