UK: Books & newspapers sales volume trend monthly 2023

In the period between January 2016 and July 2021, the monthly trend in the retail sales volume of books, newspapers, and periodicals (quantity bought) in Great Britain have generally decreased, and fluctuated significantly after January 2020 . The figures are seasonally adjusted estimates, measured using the Retail Sales Index (RSI) and published in index form with a reference year of 2019 equal to 100.
