Net prime yields for warehouses over 5,000 square meters Germany 2014-2022, by city
Net prime yields for warehouses in German cities declined for seven consecutive years, before picking up in 2022. From over six percent, the net prime yields for warehouses over 5,000 square meters dropped to three percent as of the fourth quarter of 2021. As of the fourth quarter of 2022, the net yield in all four major markets amounted to 3.85 percent. Among different European cities, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, and Frankfurt had some of the lowest yields.
