From over six percent, the net prime yields for warehouses over 5,000 square meters dropped to three percent as of the fourth quarter of 2021. As of the fourth quarter of 2022, the net yield in all four major markets amounted to 3.85 percent. Among different European cities, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, and Frankfurt
