Leading devices used to play games worldwide 2022
A survey during the third quarter of 2022 found that 81.9 percent of internet users worldwide played video games on any kind of device. During the survey period, 66.2 percent of respondents stated that they played games via smartphone, making it the most popular gaming device worldwide. PC gaming via laptop or desktop was ranked second with a 37.9 percent usage rate.
