Annual volume index of residential building construction in Ireland 2000-2021
The volume of production of residential buildings in Ireland decreased significantly in 2020 and 2021. Throughout the whole period, the index has fluctuated significantly from over 800 index points in 2006 to less than 60 index points in 2012. In the years after 2013, the production volume index for residential buildings increased.
