From 2007-08 to 2010-11 there was a significant decline in the total number of completed private enterprise new dwellings, with 2010-11 being the lowest point in this time period. After that, private new dwellings grew until 2015-16, falling again in the upcoming years. In 2017-18 there were approximately 5.4 thousand new private enterprise dwellings.
