Canada motion picture industry operating revenue by province

In 2018, the operating revenue in the motion picture industry in Canada amounted to 1.8 billion Canadian dollars, up from 1.77 billion two years previously. The vast majority of the total revenue was generated in Ontario, however revenues for Quebec, Alberta, and British Columbia have also increased in recent years and account for approximately 300 million Canadian dollars each.
