This survey shows the disposable average household income in Sweden in 2012, by type of housing. Average household income was highest in owner-occupied private houses and it amounted to 494,780 Swedish krona. Households in rented dwellings had the lowest expenditure which was measured at 270,700 Swedish krona in 2012.
