Expenditure shares of media advertising in Finland 2018-2019, by type

In 2019, 37 percent of the total media advertising expenditure in Finland was spent on online media, and 20 percent on printed newspapers. The share of online media advertising increased by three percent from the previous year, while the share of printed newspapers decreased by two percent. In overall, the expenditure on print media and television advertising declined, while online media, radio, movie and outdoor advertising expenditure shares grew from 2018 to 2019.
