In 2020, the per capita consumption of jam, marmalade and similar products based on fruit in Sweden amounted to 5.2 kilograms. As visualized in the statistic, the consumption of those sweet spreads stayed nearly unchanged over the past ten years and only dropped in the last years. In the year 2010, the highest consumption volume was recorded, as the amount was 7.8 kilograms per person.
