Denmark: number of immigrants by age group 2022

In 2022, people aged 20 to 29 years formed the biggest group of immigrants in Denmark, reaching close to 42,000 people. The second biggest group of immigrants were people aged 30 to 39 years, amounting to over 15,000 immigrants. Nearly 14,000 children between zero and nine immigrated to Denmark that year. Meanwhile, only 34 people aged 90 years or more immigrated to Denmark that year.
