Power production profitability of the top energy suppliers in GB 2021, by energy type
SSE recorded a profit margin of 43 percent for its renewable electricity generation segment in 2021. That was the largest EBIT margin recorded among Great Britain's largest suppliers that year. EDF Energy also recorded its highest profitability in the renewable generation segment, at 17 percent.
