Companies in Sweden concerned about cross-border complaints when selling abroad 2014
The statistic shows the results of a survey conducted among Swedish enterprises that sold goods and/or services online in other EU countries in 2014 and those that used to or tried to do so. It displays Swedish companies' level of concern regarding cross-border complaints and disputes resolvings when selling abroad. The majority of responding companies stated that cross-border complaints and disputes had not been a problem at all for them (58 percent).
