During a survey in the United States in 2017, 8 percent of consumers stated that they used the service monthly and a further 7 percent claimed to use it weekly. Moreover, Apple Music was ranked as one of the online music services that young people used most frequently in 2017. At the top of this list was Spotify, which 38 percent of young people use frequently.
