Asset value in Special Drawing Rights domestic sector in the Netherlands 2016-2019

In the second quarter of 2019, the total value of Special Drawing Rights in domestic sectors in the Netherlands was approximately six billion euros. The source states that "the domestic sectors consists of non-financial corporations, financial corporations, general government, households and non-profit institutions (NPI) serving households". Moreover, the source notes: "SDRs are international reserve assets created by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), which are allocated to its members to supplement existing reserve assets. This transaction only exists for the Dutch Central Bank (DNB)."
