The source states that "from January 2002 onwards, the Belgian contribution to the monetary aggregates of the eurozone excludes currency in circulation. From June 2010, the Repurchase agreements, and consequently M3, exclude the Repurchase agreements with Central counterparties (CCPs). Hence, reclassifications that have an impact on the list of Central counterparties (CCPs), might cause breaks in the time series."
