Wales: housing completions 2022, by tenure

The number of housing completions in Wales was significantly lower in 1974/75 than in 2021/22. In the past years, private enterprises were the type of housing providers with the most completions. Over 16,600 new dwellings were completed in the 1975/76 financial year, the highest value throughout the period included here.
