*Additional information from the source: "An e-mail invitation to participate in the survey was sent via the National Practitioner Support Service (NPSS) to local authority homelessness contacts (often nowadays titled ā€˜Housing Options managersā€™). Following two sets of reminder messages complete or substantially complete responses were filed by 152 authorities or 47 per cent of all authorities. In terms of its regional distribution the achieved sample is reasonably representative of England."
