This statistic displays the potential production and reserves of selected rare earth mining projects worldwide (excluding China) as of March 2016. Alkane Resources' Dubbo Zirconia mine in Australia has a potential production of six thousand tons of rare earth oxides per year, and reserves of 660 thousand tons. The mine secured its mining permit in December 2015.
