London: Monthly house prices index 2015-2023

The monthly house price index in London has been steadily increasing in recent years. In February 2023, the index reached 131.8, up from 128 a year before. Nevertheless, prices widely varied in different London boroughs, with Kensington and Chelsea being the priciest boroughs for an apartment purchase.
