Italians' opinion on antibiotics use for sick farm animals 2022
Antibiotics are medications that can kill or hinder the growth of bacteria which cause infections in people and animals. In 2022, 61 percent of respondents in Italy agreed that sick farm animals should be treated with antibiotics if it was the most appropriate treatment, while 33 percent of respondents disagreed with this statement.
