Types of non-developmental revenue expenditure of India's government 2018
At the end of fiscal year 2018, the budgeted estimate of revenue expenditure on pension and other retirement benefits of India's central and state governments amounted to more than four trillion Indian rupees. The governments spent the least on technical and economic cooperation with other countries, which amounted to approximately 60 billion rupees. The revenue expenditure refers to expenditure which neither creates assets nor reduces liability.
