According to the data, over 47 thousand migrant workers were employed as restaurant and catering managers and proprietors in 2011; However this figure had dropped by over four thousand in 2016, to 42,755. Some occupations on the other hand, have experienced an increase in migrant workers, such as chefs, which have grown by almost 38 thousand.
