Japan: furniture and fixtures manufacturing industry employee number

In 2020, the number of employees in the Japanese furniture and fixtures manufacturing industry amounted to approximately 89.3 thousand people, the lowest amount of the past decade. Over the observed period, figures decreased steadily with the only exception of 2016 when employee numbers spiked unusually to almost 100 thousand.
