This statistic illustrates results from an online survey conducted in Great Britain in October 2016 on whether the prospect of Scottish independence would become more likely as Britain is leaving the European Union, by 2016 referendum vote. A majority of 'Remain' voters were convinced that a Brexit would increase the probability of Scottish independence, while only a fourth of 'Leave' voters thought so. However, the most popular opinion among Brexiteers was that it will not make a difference anyway.
Do you think leaving the European Union (EU) will make it more or less likely that Scotland will leave the United Kingdom (UK) in 2016?
