Only two percent of the managers responding to this survey answered they do not see the importance of digitalization as a means to improve their own products and services.

More than 130 companies participated in this survey, representing over 300,000 employees and a turnover of more than 70 billion euros. Of the respondents 61 percent is CEO and 20 percent is CFO, CCO or Operational Director. Of the participating companies 41 percent does only B2B business, 28 percent does only B2C business and 31 percent does both.
