Shopping: drivers for customer (dis-)loyalty regarding clothing retailers UK 2015 This survey was conducted to assess the main drivers for customer loyalty and disloyalty regarding clothing retailers in the United Kingdom (UK) in the year 2015. While the majority, accounting for 29 percent, stated preferring to shop around for the best price, 20 percent reported they would like to shop for clothes without thinking about the retailer.
