Number of art museums in Flanders 2014-2018

The source is using the following criteria for attractions in Flanders:
- The attraction has a physical location, exploited partly or fully in the region of Flanders.
- It is a permanent attraction, which is at least yearly two consecutive months open for public and is containing a fixed infrastructure
- It is publicly accessible
- A seperately recognizable organizational structure
- Is fully or partly arranged for tourism and recreation
- Counting the number of visitors on the basis of a reliable method
- Counted during the last five years a minimum of 5,000 visitors in one year.
