TalkTalk customers whose landline issue was resolved first contact UK 2013-2020
The share of TalkTalk landline customers in the United Kingdom (UK) whose issues were resolved during their first contact with TalkTalk increased considerably from 2013 to 2016. It increased from 41 percent in 2013 to 75 percent in 2016. However, in 2020, the share of respondents was only 36 percent.
