This statistic displays the results of a survey on the opinions on the optimal B2C purchase experience in order to minimize cart abandonment and increase conversions in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands in 2016. As of 2016, 25 percent of the respondents with B2C websites said that the best way to create a seamless purchase experience is provide relevant content.
