This statistic shows the results of a survey in which respondents were asked about the importance of a vegetarian diet in their houshehold in Germany from 2010 to 2015. While the share of respondents citing vegetarianism as important has remained fairly steady, there are increasing numbers that recognize the importance of a flexitarian diet, from 21 percent in 2010 to 34 percent in 2015.
