Cappelen Damm AS was the largest book publisher in Norway in 2021, with a revenue of approximately 1.05 billion Norwegian kroner. Second and third came Gyldendal Norsk Forlag and H. Aschehoug & Co., having generated around 930 million and 390 million Norwegian kroner respectively.
