This statistic shows the results of a survey in which respondents were asked for their opinions on the healthiness of different types of sugar in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2016. A majority of 79 percent of respondents believe naturally occurring sugar to be good for you but only 38 percent of respondents believe fructose sugar is good. Ironically, fructose sugar is a naturally occurring sugar derived from plants.
