The source adds the following information: "A secondary occupation fisherman is a person who has an annual income from fishing of at least 50,000 Norwegian kroner. A person defined as working full time elsewhere cannot be defined as a secondary occupation fisherman. A person is defined as working full time elsewhere if working hours exceed two-thirds of what is considered normal, or earnings exceed 400,000 Norwegian kroner per year."
