Tax revenue from goods and passenger fee India FY 2016 by state

The Indian state of Bihar, reported a passenger and goods tax revenue of approximately 60 billion Indian rupees in fiscal year 2016. About 87 percent of the tax revenue was generated from high speed diesel and motor spirit by the central government. Road tax across the country continued to stay above the goods and services tax.
