Price U.S. consumers would pay for an appetizer at a full-service restaurant 2016 This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted in the United States in November 2016. U.S. consumers were asked what they would consider an appropriate price for an appetizer per person when dining out at a full-service restaurant. During the survey, 52 percent of the respondents stated that they consider six to 10 U.S. dollars to be an appropriate price for an appetizer per person when dining out at full-service restaurants.
