This statistic shows the top reasons for personal grooming among South Korean consumers as of summer 2015, by age group. The number one motivation for personal grooming among South Korean consumers of all ages was "to feel good about myself". During the survey, 50 percent of respondents aged 15 to 19 years said they spent time on personal grooming to make a good first impression on people they meet for the first time.
