Of the respondents surveyed, the generational groups who agreed with this statement the most were the groups identified as Gen Z and Millennials, with 31 percent of both groups stating that they were paid fairly, this was followed by Gen X at 30 percent. The generational group who agreed with this statement the least were those identified as boomers, with only 20 percent stating that they were paid fairly for the work they do.
