Swedish Armed Forces‘ troop strength in international operations 2023, by region
After the Swedish troops finished its mission in Mali in June 2023, the number of troops in international operations was reduced drastically. As of August 2023, a total of only 28 Swedish military personnel were stationed in international operations. A high number of the troops from the Swedish Armed Forces deployed in international operations were either observers or involved in training and transportation.
