Fish and chip shops are a popular form of quick service restaurant in the UK. Of the menu items, there was a decline in servings of fried fish, fish burgers and shellfish compared to a year ago. The only menu item marking a positive change were crabcakes or fishcakes, with a 0.6 percent increase in servings.
