NI: weekly sport involvement frequency in Northern Ireland 2019/2020 by religion
The statistic displays the results of a survey on the distribution of the people in Northern Ireland in 2019/2020, by religion and weekly sport involvement. In 2019/2020, it was found that 11 percent of protestant respondents stated that they were involved in a sport activity on three days per week. Overall in 2020, sport participation in Northern Ireland was at its highest rate in recent years at 56 percent.
