This statistic represents the most concerning housing related issues in New Zealand as of January 2017, by gender. During the survey, in total, 25 percent of women stated that they were concerned about housing related issues in New Zealand. 13 percent of female Kiwis were concerned about housing shortages or homelessness while 14 percent of women were concerned about house prices or housing affordability.
