This statistic shows the number of times adults in the U.S. with back pain went to a doctor for treatment for their back pain in the last 12 months, as of 2017, by age. It was found that 41 percent of Black or African American respondents had up to 5 treatments for back pain compared to just 24 percent of White or Caucasian respondents.
