Volume of chemicals carried on national waterway-3 in India FY 2011-2020
In fiscal year 2020, the volume of chemicals transported over Indian national waterway-III was around 541 thousand metric tons. This volume formed around 99 percent of the total volume. The major movement of the commodities was for Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd (FACT). These commodities were raw materials, which were transported from Cochin port to FACT factory jetty.
