This statistic shows the distribution of votes during the Vidhan Sabha or Legislative Assembly election across the state of Goa in 2017, based on political party. The BJP (Bhartiya Janata Party) had the largest share of votes with about 32.5 percent. This was close to 300,000 votes. The Indian National Congress was second with 28.4 percent which was about 260,000 votes. The voter turnout for this election was about 83 percent in the state.
