Share of Indians interacting with public services 2018
This statistic shows the result from a survey conducted in 2018 among urban and rural households across 13 states in India about the share of interactions with public services in the year preceding the survey period. The highest public service interaction households had during the measured time period was with banking services, with about 84 percent respondents stating they interacted with this service in the last year.
