This statistic displays the number of deaths as a result of ischaemic heart disease (IHD) in Finland from 2000 to 2014. In 2014, 269 men and 137 women died as a result of ischaemic heart disease, which was a decrease from 2013. Over the 15 year period observed the number of deaths from IHD has decreased substantially. In 2000 the number of deaths reached 474 among men and 258 deaths among females.
