The results of the survey show a correlation between respondents with a lower and higher level of education and their tendency to check reviews before booking accommodation online: 64 percent of those with the lowest education level (GCSE/O-level or equivalent) checked reviews and ratings compared to 80 percent of those with the highest level of education.
