Use of reviews & ratings when booking accommodation online UK 2017 by education level This survey depicts the usage of reviews and ratings when booking accommodation online in the United Kingdom in 2017, by education level. The results of the survey show a correlation between respondents with a lower and higher level of education and their tendency to check reviews before booking accommodation online: 64 percent of those with the lowest education level (GCSE/O-level or equivalent) checked reviews and ratings compared to 80 percent of those with the highest level of education.
