Martin’s ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’ series, is the lengthiest of the five currently released books, with a word count of almost 415 thousand, spanning over one thousand pages. Despite the book series’ massive length, a survey revealed that around eight percent of surveyed U.S. adults have completed all five books in the series.
