Costs of Italian NGO Emergency for project of assistance to migrants' landings 2018

This statistic shows the expenses of the Italian non-governmental organization Emergency for the project "Sbarchi" (assistance to migrants' landings) in Italy in 2017 and 2018. In 2018, the project was scaled down significantly. The decision was a consequence of the "Minniti Decree Law" and the lack of allocation of funds. Indeed, the costs for this project dropped considerably between 2017 and 2018.
EMERGENCY is an independent Italian organization which was founded in 1994 by Gino Strada. Emergency provides free, high quality medical and surgical treatment to the victims of war, landmines and poverty. Emergency also promotes a culture of peace, solidarity and respect for human rights.
